ob Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Punre Distributors. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling healthcare products to pharmacies and healthcare stores in a designated area. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the local market, strong sales and negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share for healthcare products.
  • Identify and prospect potential customers, including pharmacies and healthcare stores, within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Conduct regular sales visits and product presentations to key decision-makers, highlighting the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our healthcare products.
  • Assess customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations, tailored to their requirements and preferences.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sales agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the customer.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and sales initiatives.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and sales pipeline updates for management review.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand professional networks and promote company products.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry or related field.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare market, including knowledge of products, distribution channels, and key stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and negotiate effectively.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Familiarity with the assigned territory and a good network of contacts within the pharmacy and healthcare store sector is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and generate reports.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
  • A valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation.
