Position: Sales Person / Area Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Visit markets regularly to understand competitor activities and emerging trends.
Promote products through client visits, meetings, and presentations.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, dispatch, and customer service.
Prepare and share daily and weekly sales reports with management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate in any discipline (BBA/B.Com/B.Sc preferred); MBA in Marketing is an advantage.
1 to 5 years of experience in sales or marketing; exposure to the plastic, building materials, or similar industries preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and open to travel.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, reporting).
Compensation:
Salary range: ?20,000 to ?35,000 per month, depending on experience.
Travel allowance: Provided additionally based on the role.
