Job Summary

The Area Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned territory by managing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets with

high levels of integrity and professionalism

. The role requires ethical sales practices, regular field visits, and strong coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop sales in the assigned area/territory Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Identify new customers and business opportunities & Maintain strong relationships with existing customers Conduct regular market visits and collect market intelligence Promote company products ,Negotiate pricing, terms, and orders within company guidelines Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and forecasts Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and support teams Handle customer complaints and ensure resolution

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) Proven experience in sales or field sales (2-4 years preferred) Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and meet targets Willingness to

travel extensively

within the assigned area Basic knowledge of MS Office High level of

integrity, honesty, and accountability

Prior experience in the sports industry is an added advantage
