Key Responsibilities:



Generate leads through field visits, digital marketing, and referrals. Visit potential clients (residential, commercial, builders, architects) to promote products. Explain product features, benefits, and technical specifications effectively. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable product solutions. Create quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales. Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure smooth execution. Develop marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities. Attend industry exhibitions, seminars, and client meetings as required. Maintain records of sales calls, pipeline, client feedback, and market trends.

Required Skills:



Proven experience in B2B/B2C sales and marketing,

preferably in the building material/doors/windows sector.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Good knowledge of

UPVC/Aluminium window & door

systems is a plus. Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media marketing basics.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
