Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide regular feedback to management.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility, proper merchandising, and stock availability.
Identify and onboard new dealers or retail partners to expand market coverage.
Execute promotional activities, product launches, and campaigns as directed by the company.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and market analysis.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.
Collaborate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in [FMCG / Pharma / Consumer Goods / Industrial Products].
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
