We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Executive to manage sales operations in a designated area. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our retail network, and building strong relationships with electrical shop dealers, fancy stores, stationary stores, contractors, and architects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales:
- Take orders from existing electrical shop dealers, fancy stores, and stationary stores.
- Launch products in new retail shops and ensure a strong presence in the market.
- Ensure resales and referrals from existing customers.
2. Customer Relationship Management
:
- Maintain accurate client details and ensure regular follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
3. Logistics Support:
- Support delivery personnel whenever required to ensure timely delivery of products.
4. Bulk Sales:
- Identify and pursue bulk orders from contractors and architects.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers to drive large-scale sales.
Requirements:
- Strong sales and marketing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Experience in sales of lighting products or similar industry is an advantage.
Education and Experience:
? A bachelor's degree or diploma
Minimum 2 years experience in Sales & Marketing, Preference will be given to candidates with similar experience.
