2. Market Development & Expansion
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and queries.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen loyalty.
4. Product & Brand Promotion
Promote company products effectively in the assigned area.
Organize and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and demos.
Educate retailers/distributors on product features and benefits.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Maintain accurate records of orders, collections, and market feedback.
Provide insights for sales strategy improvement based on field data.
6. Collection & Credit Management
Ensure timely collection of dues from customers.
Monitor credit limits and maintain minimal outstanding amounts.
Escalate collection issues as per company policy.
7. Team Coordination & Collaboration
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance) for smooth operations.
Mentor or assist junior sales staff if assigned.
Share market intelligence with management for decision-making.
8. Compliance & Policy Adherence
Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.
