We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, conducting site visits, explaining project details, and closing sales deals. This role is ideal for someone who has strong communication skills, understands customer needs, and can manage both fieldwork and client handling efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client inquiries and understand their property requirements
Conduct site visits and showcase property options to clients
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and benefits
Follow up with potential buyers through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings
Maintain updated records of clients, leads, and follow-up activities
Coordinate with the telecaller and marketing teams for lead support
Negotiate prices and assist in closing deals
Build strong relationships with customers, developers, and channel partners
Stay updated with market trends, new launches, and property rates
Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills
Confident personality with a customer-focused attitude
Experience in real estate sales (preferred but not mandatory)
Must have own vehicle for site visits
Ability to handle targets and conduct daily field visits
Basic knowledge of the local real estate market
Basic computer and WhatsApp handling skills
