The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling packaged drinking water bottles to retailers, distributors, corporate clients, hotels, restaurants, and institutions. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market reach, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
Visit retailers, wholesalers, offices, hotels, restaurants, and events for sales
Promote company water bottle brands and explain product benefits
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
Collect orders, follow up on payments, and ensure timely delivery
Maintain good relationships with existing customers
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
Ensure proper product visibility and placement at retail outlets
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and submit to management
Resolve customer complaints and provide after-sales support
Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to convince and build customer relationships
Basic knowledge of sales reporting and billing
Willingness to travel locally for field sales
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Qualifications:
Minimum 10th / 12th pass or equivalent
Prior experience in FMCG or water bottle sales preferred
Freshers with strong sales interest may also apply
