Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Manage and expand the distributor, dealer, and retailer network in the assigned area.
Identify new business opportunities and penetrate untapped markets.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain outstanding control.
Plan and implement promotional activities, schemes, and product launches.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, logistics, and marketing support.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle field sales operations.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
