We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executives to join our solar installation team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for renewable energy, and a willingness to learn. Freshers with the right attitude and interest in sales are highly encouraged to apply.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Generating leads and identifying sales opportunities for
Solar Systems
.
Conducting client meetings, presentations, and on-site assessments.
Negotiating and closing deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintaining accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.
Building strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborating with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Qualifications & Skills
Any graduate (Freshers can apply).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of solar systems is an advantage (training will be provided).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for client visits and project-related work.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
