Key responsibilities

Sales strategy and planning:

Developing and implementing strategies to meet revenue targets.

Client management:

Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, including corporate accounts, travel agents, and event planners.

Sales execution:

Conducting sales calls, site inspections, client presentations, and managing the entire sales process from lead to contract.

Negotiation:

Negotiating contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial and profitable terms.

Marketing and promotion:

Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and representing the hotel at industry events.

Market analysis:

Researching market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies.

Collaboration:

Working with other hotel departments, such as marketing, operations, and revenue management, to ensure a seamless guest experience and align sales efforts.

Reporting:

Tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics and forecasts to senior management.
