1-3 years in sales, preferably in the education or training industry
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and market our coaching programs (IAS, Banking, SSC, and more) in assigned territories
Identify and onboard new partners, schools, or institutions for outreach and seminars
Drive student enrollments through field visits, lead generation, and local networking
Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and local influencers
Organize promotional events, workshops, and tie-ups to boost brand visibility
Track sales performance, manage inquiries, and report on daily/weekly activity
Stay updated with competitors' offerings and market trends in the education sector
Requirements:
Experience in educational sales, field marketing, or similar roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet enrollment targets and deadlines
Familiar with local markets across Odisha
Bachelor's degree in any stream (Marketing or Business preferred)
Must be open to travel extensively within assigned regions
