What You'll Do



Take charge of sales activities in Nanital region. Recruit, guide, and motivate a small sales team. Develop strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets. Visit clients, explain product offerings, and close deals. Monitor sales performance and ensure continuous growth.

Who We're Looking For



Minimum 2-4 years of sales experience (Insurance/BFSI/Financial Services preferred). Graduation is mandatory. Strong leadership and communication skills. Target-driven and self-motivated personality. Must be a local candidate from Kolkata with good market knowledge.
