Job Description


  • Qualification : Degree/ Diploma
Experience : Min 2- 3 Years \xef\x82\xb7 Traveling throughout an assigned territory to train and guide company sales representatives. \xef\x82\xb7 Focus on getting Regular sales from Dealer & Retail Sales. \xef\x82\xb7 Constantly improve on increasing Retail sales. \xef\x82\xb7 Maintaining solid working relationships with customers by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner. \xef\x82\xb7 Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by persuading customers within an assigned territory to purchase company products and services. \xef\x82\xb7 Analyzing sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales and marketing techniques. \xef\x82\xb7 Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory. \xef\x82\xb7 Conducting surveys to better understand customer needs. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring that brand awareness within an assigned territory meets company expectations. \xef\x82\xb7 Motivating Sales Representatives to achieve sales quotas and evaluating their performance based on their ability or inability to achieve sales quotas. Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 per month Benefits:
