Sales & Market Development (AAC Blocks & Aggregates) Drive sales of AAC Blocks, aggregates of all sizes (10 mm / 20 mm / 40 mm), VSI sand, and VSI & non-VSI IS 383-grade aggregates by developing builders, contractors, RMC plants, infrastructure companies, and government/private project clients within the assigned territory.
Channel Development & Key Account Management Appoint, manage, and support dealers, stockists, and bulk buyers for AAC blocks, dry mortar, wall putty, and tile adhesives; build and maintain strong relationships with civil contractors, site engineers, architects, and procurement teams.
Technical & Application-Based Selling Conduct regular site visits to provide technical guidance on AAC block installation, jointing/dry mortar application, tile adhesive usage, wall putty finishing, and correct selection of VSI/non-VSI aggregates as per IS standards.
Order Booking, Dispatch Coordination & Collections Handle rate negotiation, order finalization, and quantity planning; coordinate with plant, crusher, and logistics teams for timely dispatch; ensure disciplined payment follow-up in line with approved credit and collection policies.
Project Tracking & Market Intelligence Identify and track ongoing and upcoming construction projects, tenders, and infrastructure works; monitor competitor pricing, IS-grade compliance, quality benchmarks, and market trends; submit regular sales and market intelligence reports to management.
Brand Representation & Compliance Represent the company professionally in the market; ensure adherence to pricing discipline, branding guidelines, safety norms, and ethical sales practices while consistently achieving assigned sales and collection targets.
