Role Overview
The Business Development Executive/Manager is responsible for generating revenue through lead generation, qualification, and conversion. The role includes conducting campus meetings, closing qualified leads, servicing existing clients, and supporting overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Campus Meetings
Validate qualified leads and prepare monthly travel plans.
Conduct campus meetings and engage with the

2. Lead Closure & Revenue Conversion
Send detailed meeting summary emails within 48 hours of each visit.
Execute CM deliverables such as designing, dossiers, sampling, proposals, etc.
Negotiate and close deals within the sales framework; obtain approvals when required.
Maintain accurate CRM updates.
Secure
50% advance payment
to confirm orders.
Punch orders to the operations team in the prescribed format.
3. Client Servicing & Relationship Management
Maintain monthly touchpoints with Amazing and Breadwinning customers.
Identify upsell opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
Provide timely updates on all production orders.
Collect payments:
