Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the
automotive, industrial, and machinery sectors
.
Promote and sell lubricant products (greases, hydraulic oils, engine oils, etc.) to dealers, distributors, and direct customers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to understand competitor activities, pricing, and customer trends.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategies to management.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility.
Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer support.
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum
2-5 years of sales experience in the lubricant industry
(mandatory).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Strong knowledge of lubricant products, market segments, and applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Valid driver's license preferred.
