. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence within the market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads with the building construction industry.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with contractors, architects, builders, developers, and channel partners.
Provide product demonstrations, technical information, and guidance to clients.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and pricing as per company guidelines.
Conduct regular market research to track competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer needs.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and CRM data.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, accounts, operations) to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in building materials, tiles, sanitaryware, paints, hardware, construction chemicals, or related products.
Strong understanding of the local construction and real estate ecosystem.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and handle field-based sales.
Strong customer relationship management and follow-up skills.
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred (if relevant).
