Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team
Train new associates
Support team in deal closures
Track performance and share reports
Handle client escalations
Ensure process compliance
Requirements:
2-4 years of real estate sales experience
Minimum 1 year of team handling or senior role
Strong communication and leadership skills
Target-driven and proactive
