Flo Mattress is expanding its retail and general trade network across India, and we're looking for a driven field-sales professional who knows how to build strong channel networks and deliver high-volume growth.

Key Responsibilities

Onboard and manage retailers, dealers & distributors in assigned territories Achieve monthly sales targets of ?25+ lakhs Ensure strong product visibility, secondary sales & in-store display execution Build long-term retailer relationships and drive repeat orders Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis & territory planning Coordinate with internal teams for orders, dispatch & payment follow-ups Support retail promotions and brand visibility initiatives

Candidate Profile

3-5 years in General Trade / Retail Sales Proven track record of achieving ?25+ lakh monthly sales Excellent communication & negotiation skills Field-driven, confident, and ready for extensive travel Self-motivated, disciplined & performance-focused Male candidates preferred (due to travel-intensive nature of the role)
