Title :

Area Sales Manager

Location:

Balewadi, Pune

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute

regional sales strategies

to achieve revenue and business growth targets. Lead, train, and motivate a team of

sales representatives

to maximize productivity and performance. Identify and onboard

channel partners, system integrators, and dealers

in the assigned region. Build and nurture relationships with

Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Builders, and End Users.

Conduct

field visits, product demos, and presentations

for prospective customers and partners. Analyze

market trends and competitor activities

, recommending proactive strategies. Maintain accurate records in

CRM

, prepare regular sales reports, and update the sales pipeline. Collaborate with

Marketing, Logistics, and Technical Support

teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Drive

awareness and market penetration

for new digital and wireless security products.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent

verbal and written communication skills

in English. Proficiency in any additional language (Gujarati, Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Hindi, Bengali) is a plus. Strong

interpersonal, negotiation, and team management

skills. In-depth understanding of

regional market trends

in security and smart home solutions.

Tech-savvy

with sound product knowledge in digital security and automation systems.

Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BSc, BTech preferred).

MBA in Sales/Marketing

will be an added advantage. Proven track record in

channel sales

and

regional business development.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
