Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base in the assigned area.
Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and market trends.
Ensure proper coverage of all assigned territories and timely customer visits.
Maintain strong relationships with key distributors, dealers, and retailers.
Implement trade promotion strategies to enhance product visibility and off-take.
Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure product availability.
Handle escalations and resolve customer queries/issues promptly.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
4-8 years of field sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Industry Preference:
FMCG, Pharma, Consumer Durables, or related industries.

Strong leadership and team management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Sound knowledge of sales planning and territory management
Ability to travel frequently within the region
