Job Description

1. Sales Support & Ground Operations:



Assist the Senior Sales Engineer in achieving sales targets by executing sales strategies and conducting on-ground sales activities.

Work closely with the sales team to develop and follow up on leads and opportunities within the assigned area.

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and site visits to provide technical support and influence customer decision-making.

2. Lead Generation & Business Development:



Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, field visits, and networking in the industrial, commercial, and residential sectors.

Assist in maintaining a pipeline of prospective clients and channel partners, ensuring consistent follow-ups and timely closures.

3. Technical Assistance & Customer Support:



Provide basic technical advice on solar solutions and products, addressing common client concerns with a solid understanding of solar installations and equipment.

Support the Senior Sales Engineer in preparing proposals, presentations, and technical documents for customers.

Ensure a smooth transition from sales to installation by collaborating with service and operations teams to resolve technical queries on the ground.

4. On Site Sales Operations:



Oversee and coordinate ground level sales operations, ensuring on time delivery, product availability, and proper installation processes.

Act as the point of contact for distributors, handling issues related to product orders, stock levels, and ground operations.

Conduct regular field visits to monitor the progress of ongoing projects, providing support to the operations team and ensuring customer satisfaction.

5. Reporting & CRM:



Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and progress updates using CRM tools.

Provide regular updates and reports to the Senior Sales Engineer on lead status, sales performance, and ground operations.

6. Distributor & Partner Coordination:



Collaborate with regional distributors to ensure product availability and alignment with sales goals.

Handle ground-level communication and ensure distributors are well versed in product offerings and compliant with company standards.

Support the distributor network by assisting in training sessions and resolving day-to-day operational challenges.

7. Learning & Development:



Continuously develop technical knowledge of solar products and market trends through training provided by the company.

Attend regular coaching and feedback sessions with the Senior Sales Engineer to improve sales and technical expertise.

Qualification Details-


Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy) or related technical fields.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experience Required-


1-5 Years

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
