Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and goal-oriented

Sales Executive

to drive revenue growth by acquiring new real estate clients and nurturing existing relationships. You will be the face of our agency, presenting tailored digital marketing solutions to real estate agents, brokerages, and property developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and Generate Leads

: Identify and reach out to potential real estate clients through cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and networking events.

Sales Presentations & Pitches

: Present compelling proposals and marketing packages tailored to real estate professionals.

Client Needs Analysis

: Understand the marketing needs and challenges of real estate clients to recommend suitable digital strategies (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media marketing, CRM automation).

Relationship Building

: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Targets

: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

CRM Management

: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Market Trends

: Stay informed on trends in real estate marketing, competitive services, and evolving digital platforms.
