Job title: Area Sales Executive ( Medical Devices)
Location: Nashik
Experience: 2 to 4years experience in sales ,medical devices or healthcare industry
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to identify growth opportunities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in untapped markets or segments
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and healthcare professionals
Provide product support, resolve customer issues, and conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities for product promotion and post-sales
support
Product Promotion & Training
Educate healthcare professionals on product features, benefits, and clinical applications
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops
Collaborate with marketing for product launches, promotions, and events
Reporting & Compliance
Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and use CRM tools for tracking and forecasting
Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and ethical standards
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with product, marketing, regulatory, and logistics teams to ensure market-fit products and timely distribution
Provide field insights to support product improvement and development
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
Proven track record in achieving sales targets in the medical device industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of medical devices and clinical applications
Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis
Experience 2 - 4 Years
Salary 2 Lac 25 Thousand To 3 Lac 50 Thousand P.A.

Qualification B.Pharma, B.Sc, M.B.A/PGDM
