Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Establish strong relationships with contractors, consultants, architects, and builders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop effective strategies.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms in line with company policies.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain accurate records of all sales, client interactions, and market feedback.
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues promptly.
