Job Responsibilities: a) To achieve the sales budget/targets given to you from time to time. b) To develop and implement marketing and field strategy in coordination with the sales management team. c) To send/give promotional materials including samples to customers as and when required. d) To cover institutions for promoting sales. e) To identify new potential markets. f) To manage company relations and businesses with distributors and retailers. g) To continuously strive to achieve higher sales in the assigned territories and build a favourable image of the company. h) To submit reports and feedback of products in the market on timely basis. i) To send mailers to doctors and retailers and other customers as and when required. j) To manage vacant territory whenever instructed to do so k) To conduct on job training to new inductees /other field employees l) To take up and satisfactory discharge and the responsibilities assigned by your superiors from time to time. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 915,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
