Job Description

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

  • To set short term and long-term goals and formulate strategies for achieving the set goals.
  • To set territory wise, Rupee wise and modality wise monthly and yearly targets as per potential of the area.
  • To coordinate and control all activities of his/ her marketing team.
  • To carry out field work along with subordinates on a regular schedule. Further to ensure that company policies are followed and guiding them on the spot when needed.
  • To play an important role between his team members and the management by conveying the feelings/concerns of the team members to the management and by getting the management policies implemented by his / her team members.
  • Ensure that each team member includes all potential customers of the assigned areas in the customer list.
  • Ensure that all team members are meeting customers from their customer lists only.
  • Ensure that monthly tour programmed are submitted well in time and are followed without any deviation.
  • Ensure that shortest, economical and time saving travelling routes are followed.
  • Ensure on time submission of (complete in every respect) daily work report by all team members.
Critical skills :
  • Ideal candidate also has a strong understanding of the organizational needs required to meet revenue goals.
  • Experience working collaboratively in decision-making processes with senior business executives.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategies, concepts and practices
  • Strong project management and performance measurement skills

Key Result Areas:
  • Responsible for all brand promotion activities (media, Hordings etc.) in the assigned area.
  • Take initiatives for brand visibility and popularity.
  • Improvement for Brand Management activities.
  • Responsible for management of downline employees.
  • MIS preparation and submission of reports to Sr. officials on daily basis.
  • Take report from Jr. Employees and support them in resolving all the issues in relation to Job.
  • Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
  • Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures.
Work Experience / Education :
  • Minimum requirement of a University degree in business/marketing; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a marketing management positions, preferably up to 3 years at a Manager level
  • Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree a plus.
  • Willingness and ability to travel
  • Experience with Radiology and Pharma background also consider
