Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned area.
Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and retailers in the aftermarket segment.
Build strong relationships with existing channel partners to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market shifts to recommend strategies.
Conduct regular field visits to track partner performance, provide product training, and resolve issues.
Ensure proper execution of promotions, schemes, and product launches in the territory.
Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
Track sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights for forecasting and planning.
Ensure timely collections and credit control in the region.
