Position:
Area Sales Executive - AAC Block.
Department:
Sales & Marketing.
Reports To:
Sales Manager / Head - Sales.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and develop
new business opportunities
in the assigned territory.
Meet
builders, contractors, developers, factory management and architects
to promote AAC block products.
Build and maintain long-term
customer relationships
for repeat and referral business.
Achieve
monthly and annual sales targets
through effective field visits and client follow-ups.
Conduct
site visits
, technical discussions, and
product presentations
to demonstrate benefits.
Generate
quotations, negotiate pricing and payment terms
, and finalize orders.
Coordinate with the
production, dispatch, and accounts
teams to ensure timely delivery and service.
Ensure
timely payment collection
and maintain healthy account relationships.
Monitor
market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
.
Submit
daily and weekly sales reports
, visit schedules, and pipeline updates to management.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in any stream (MBA / PGDM in Marketing preferred).
Experience:
Minimum
2-5 years
of sales experience in
AAC Blocks (Preferred), Cement, RMC, Tiles, Construction Materials, or Building Solutions
.
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
Good market knowledge of local construction and infrastructure projects.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital communication.
Must possess a
two-wheeler and valid driving license
for field visits.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range:
?25,000 - ?30,000 per month (depending on experience/interview).
