Identify and pursue new project opportunities through market research and networking.
Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and pitch company services effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and clients.
Coordinate with design, technical, and execution teams to ensure feasibility and clarity during the sales process.
Conduct site visits when required to understand scope and collect project details.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and timelines to close deals.
Track sales pipelines, maintain documentation, and provide regular reports to management.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience
in project-based sales (architecture, interiors, furniture, or related industries preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Ability to understand design and execution workflows (added advantage).
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
Comfortable with site visits and travel, if required.
