This role involves frequent travel, strong customer relationship management, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned area.
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
Manage existing customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research to understand competition and customer needs.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports to management.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with campaigns and promotions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity and provide feedback to the management team.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations as needed.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and sales procedures.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, or similar role.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
