Job Description

We are looking for a confident and experienced

Field Sales Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys interacting with clients, building relationships, and driving sales on the ground.

Preference will be given to female candidates aged 30 and above

who are enthusiastic about client-facing roles and have a knack for persuasion and communication.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify potential customers and schedule field visits Pitch company products/services to prospects and close sales Build and maintain strong customer relationships Meet monthly sales targets and reporting goals Collect market feedback and share insights with the team Attend meetings and training sessions as required

Requirements:



Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience (field preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with local travel and client visits Strong negotiation and closing skills Basic knowledge of CRM tools or reporting apps is a plus Candidates with a two-wheeler and valid license will be preferred
