Job Description

The Sales Executive plays a vital role in converting walk-in customers into buyers by providing exceptional service, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable furniture products. The candidate should be enthusiastic, persuasive, and customer-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and assist walk-in customers with enthusiasm and professionalism. Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate furniture solutions. Explain product features, material specifications, pricing, and warranty information. Provide accurate quotations and facilitate the billing and order process. Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on the latest collections and trends. Follow up with potential leads and manage customer relationships. Assist in maintaining the visual presentation and cleanliness of the showroom. Coordinate with the accounts and delivery team for timely processing of orders. Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Requirements:



Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate. 1-3 years of experience in retail, showroom, or furniture sales. Good communication skills in Malayalam (essential) and English (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
