We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated
B2B Sales Executive
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers or individuals with basic educational qualifications who are passionate about sales and want to build a career in business development. The Sales Executive will be responsible for selling products/services to other businesses, building client relationships, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Approach and interact with potential business clients to pitch company products/services
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
Visit client locations as required and follow up on leads
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and basic sales documentation
Meet assigned sales targets and report on performance
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services/products
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum education:
Higher Secondary (+2 / 12th Pass)
No prior experience required

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel for client meetings (TA & DA provided)
Basic knowledge of sales or customer service is a plus
Energetic, confident, and target-oriented
