Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Target Achievement:
Achieve a sales growth of 40%compared to the previous year.
2. Institutional Sales:
Focus on institutional sales, which could involve targeting large businesses, government contracts, or other large-scale buyers.
3. Field Visits:
Required to conduct 15 visits per day*, which means extensive travel within the allocated area (Katni, MP).
4. Dealer & Distributor Development:
Build and manage relationships with dealers and distributors to expand the company's network.
5. Outstation Travel:
Must be prepared to be outstation for 15 days*, suggesting the role may involve travel to other regions beyond Katni, MP.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Sales Experience*: Ideally, the candidate should have experience in sales, especially in building dealer and distributor networks.
Travel Flexibility*: Should be comfortable with frequent travel and managing a schedule that includes daily visits and extended stays outstation.
Knowledge in Institutional Sales*: Understanding the intricacies of institutional sales, including negotiations and bulk sales, would be beneficial.
