Key Responsibilities



Drive sales growth in the assigned area by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones. Plan and execute field sales activities to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets. Build strong relationships with clients and provide suitable product solutions. Monitor competitor activities and share market insights with management. Support and guide channel partners for better business results.

Candidate Profile



Graduate in any discipline (mandatory). Minimum 2-4 years of experience in field sales/marketing (BFSI preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Target-driven and self-motivated with leadership potential. Local candidates from Kalyani or nearby areas preferred.
