Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven
Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the local market.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach new clients including architects, contractors, and interior designers.
Present and promote company products to existing and potential customers.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits and follow up on leads.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer support.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred (Commerce/Business or related field).
Experience:
1-3 years in sales (experience in hardware, interiors, building materials, or glass industry will be an advantage).
Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong presentation and interpersonal abilities.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Willingness to travel locally.
