We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive for our aluminium and glass fabrication industry services the Bangalore region. This role involves meeting customers, understanding project requirements, coordinating with technical teams, and closing deals for residential, commercial, and architectural projects.
The ideal candidate will act as the key link between customers and our installation team, ensuring smooth communication from enquiry to project completion.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up on leads for aluminium and glass works
Visit customer sites to understand requirements and explain suitable solutions.
Present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
Build strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and individual clients.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
Coordinate with design, estimation, and installation teams for smooth execution.
Maintain accurate sales records, customer details, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
Collect market feedback, competitor pricing, and customer requirements.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle post-installation follow-ups
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 1-5 years in sales (construction, aluminium, glass, interior, or building materials preferred)
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
Industry knowledge of aluminium, glass, interiors, or construction is an advantage
Valid two-wheeler / four-wheeler license preferred
