We are looking for an experienced and results-driven
Area Sales Manager
to lead and manage sales operations in a designated geographic area. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing customer relationships, managing a sales team, and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Manage and support a team of Sales Executives or Territory Managers.
Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base in the assigned area.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies accordingly.
Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit limits for customers.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Conduct training, mentoring, and performance reviews for the sales team.
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
