Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and company goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers while identifying new potential partners.
Promote and sell the companys range of figured glass products to dealers, architects, and contractors.
Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues related to orders, product quality, or service.
Monitor market trends and competitors, providing feedback to the management for strategic planning.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to increase brand visibility.
Provide after-sales support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
Preferred candidate profile
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building materials, construction, or manufacturing industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to travel within the region to meet dealers and customers.
Familiarity with the glass or architectural materials industry is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
A passion for sales and a results-driven approach.
Qualifications & Skills:
Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience.
Proven experience (3+ years)
Strong knowledge of Geographical Loaction
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and manage teams.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as required.
