Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential customers in person within assigned territory
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Reach out to leads through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking
Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate with the sales team and share market intelligence
Prepare daily reports and maintain client records in CRM
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events (if applicable)
Resolve customer issues and provide after-sales support when required
Requirements:
Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or a similar role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficiency in using smartphones, CRM tools, and MS Office
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively
High school diploma; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
Preferred Qualities:
Prior experience in [FMCG / Telecom / Pharma / B2B / etc.]
Strong knowledge of local territory or region
Ability to speak local language(s) is an advantage
