Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and appoint new dealers/distributors for lubricant products in assigned territories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to maximize sales.
Promote and position company's lubricant products effectively to ensure market penetration.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as per company guidelines.
Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence with management.
Ensure timely collection of dealer payments.
Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports.
Requirements:
Minimum
1-3 years of sales experience in the lubricant industry
(mandatory).
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.
Goal-oriented with a proven record of achieving sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Hands-on experience in
lubricant/automotive oils sales
.
