Job Description

An Area Sales Executive (ASE) in the automobile industry is responsible for B2B managing sales in a region, including sales teams, budgets, and Dealer Distributer relationships.

Responsibilities

Sales

: Achieve sales targets, generate demand, and run promotional campaigns

Team management

: Train and motivate sales teams, and manage their performance

Budgeting

: Manage the regional budget and ensure it meets financial targets

Customer relationships

: Build and maintain relationships with customers and other relevant bodies

Market analysis

: Track market developments, identify sales opportunities, and analyze competitor performance

Reporting

: Report on sales results, market share, and other metrics

Planning

: Create and execute sales strategies and marketing plans

Training

: Train dealers and their staff on sales processes, products, and CRM

Networking

: Develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and other relevant bodies

Qualification: Any Graduate
