We are looking for a results-driven and enthusiastic
Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in selling internet services, data leased lines, or telecom products, and will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct sales activities for
ISP and Data Leased Line services
to meet set targets.
Identify potential customers via cold calling, networking, field visits, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand and fulfill their needs.
Deliver engaging product presentations and proposals.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals.
Convert leads into successful sales while addressing client concerns efficiently.
Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Monitor industry trends, competitor strategies, and client feedback.
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and support teams to align business goals.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in B2C or Inside Sales, preferably in the
Telecom/ISP
sector.
Solid understanding of
ISP products, marketing strategies, and sales development
.
Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Highly adaptable, resilient, and capable of working in a dynamic environment.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Preferred Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven sales record in a similar industry
Basic understanding of internet services and technical sales (a plus)
