Experience Required: 5 - 7 years in B2B/B2C/FMCG Sales
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Executive / Senior Area Sales Executive to drive business growth in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B/FMCG sales with hands-on experience in selling specialty fats, bakery/confectionery ingredients, or food processing solutions. This role involves direct client engagement, distributor management, and execution of sales strategies to achieve growth and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
2. Manage B2B client relationships and distributor networks.
3. Identify new business opportunities and industry segments.
4. Track competitor activity and provide market insights.
5. Ensure timely reporting and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
1. 5-7 years of proven sales experience in B2B/FMCG, preferably in specialty fats, food ingredients, or food processing sectors.
2. Strong understanding of the food manufacturing or industrial baking/confectionery space.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
4. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
5. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
