to join our growing Loan Department. We are specifically looking for professionals with a background in the Bank, Loan or

Insurance Sector

.

Required Qualifications & Skills



Experience:

1-3 years of proven sales experience also work experience having insurance sector.

Education:

Graduate in any stream (Finance or Marketing preferred).

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of financial products, interest rates, and the ability to explain complex terms simply.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and "closing" skills.

Mindset:

A target-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation:

Identify and reach out to potential customers for various loan products (Car ,Machinery Home, Business Loan etc.).

Portfolio Conversion:

Leverage your sales expertise to convert leads into successful loan applications.

Consultative Selling:

Analyze customer financial profiles and recommend suitable loan products combined with relevant protection/insurance insights.

Documentation:

Assist clients through the entire documentation and KYC process to ensure smooth disbursal.

Relationship Management:

Maintain strong ties with existing clients for cross-selling and referral opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
