Job Title: Sales & Operations coordinator

Job Summary:

The Sales & Operations coordinator will be responsible for managing sales-related activities, handling customer inquiries, coordinating with dealers, and ensuring smooth operational support. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage leads and sales documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Management & Sales Coordination

Handle new leads efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups.

Work as a closer on qualified leads to convert inquiries into sales.

Maintain proper documentation for all leads in the CRM system.

Engage with walk-in customers and provide product information, quotations, and follow-up support.

2. Quotation & Billing

Prepare and send accurate quotations to customers and dealers.

Generate invoices/bills and ensure proper record-keeping.

3. Dealer & Customer Handling

Coordinate with dealers for order updates, stock details, and customer requirements.

Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments for smooth workflow.

4. CRM & Data Management

Maintain proper data entry and updates in CRM.

Work on sales data regularly to identify potential new sales opportunities.

Track, review, and report sales performance and pipeline.

5. Order Management

Manage order reports, track pending orders, and ensure timely processing.

Prepare order summaries and maintain documentation for follow-up actions.

Qualification:
