: Sales Executive

Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This individual will play a key role in driving sales growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer-oriented approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research & Customer Insights:

Conduct market surveys to identify customer needs, trends, and opportunities, ensuring that the company's products align with market demand.

2. Business Development:

Generate new client leads through cold calling, networking, and face-to-face meetings, expanding the company's customer base.

3. Client Relationship Management:

Regularly visit both existing and potential clients, showcasing the company's products through provided sample sets, and maintaining long-term relationships.

4. Fieldwork & Client Interaction:

Conduct field visits during market hours (10:00 AM to 8:30 PM), actively engaging with clients to understand their requirements and deliver effective solutions.

5. Payment Collection:

Ensure timely collection of payments and outstanding dues, adhering to the company's payment policies and procedures.

6. Logistics & Problem Resolution:

Address and resolve any transportation or dispatch issues faced by clients, collaborating with transport teams or personally assisting to ensure smooth deliveries.

7. Product Returns & Replacements:

Handle product returns or replacements by coordinating the packing, delivery, and return process, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.

8. Sales Order Management:

Generate and process primary sales orders for the company and secondary orders for super stockists, ensuring accurate order fulfilment.

9. Reporting:

Submit a comprehensive month-end stock report from super stockists to the company, providing insights into inventory levels and trends.

10. Onboarding & Client Documentation:

Complete the onboarding process for new clients, including necessary documentation and collection of security cheques, ensuring smooth integration into the system.

11. Sales & Expense Reporting:

Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports detailing sales performance, activities, and expenses in a timely manner, as per company guidelines.

Skills:

Well-versed in the regional language to effectively engage with local clients Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills Problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities is a plus
Qualifications:

12th pass Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

Secondary(10th Pass) (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
